Welcome to Vizag TV Service. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the TV repair services we provide across Visakhapatnam. By booking a repair with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Service Scope & Diagnostics

We provide doorstep TV repair and installation services. Our process involves an initial physical inspection and diagnosis of your television by our qualified technicians.

• An inspection fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair after our technician diagnoses the fault.
• If you agree to proceed with the repair based on our quotation, the inspection fee will be waived or adjusted against the final repair bill.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All repair estimates provided over phone or WhatsApp are approximate. A final, binding quotation will only be provided after our technician physically inspects the TV.

• Prices quoted include the cost of spare parts and service labor, unless specified otherwise.
• Any unforeseen issues discovered during the repair process that require additional parts will be communicated to you before proceeding.

3. Spare Parts & Warranty

We use high-quality, genuine, or OEM-compatible spare parts for all repairs.

• Warranty Coverage: We provide a standard service warranty strictly limited to the specific part(s) repaired or replaced by us.
• Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, voltage fluctuations, or any new faults arising in other components of the TV after our repair.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians take the utmost care in handling your appliances, Vizag TV Service is not liable for:

• Pre-existing physical damages, scratches, or internal faults not immediately visible before opening the TV.
• Loss of any data, accounts, or settings stored on Smart TVs during motherboard repairs or software flashes.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your doorstep visit, please contact us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. Repeated cancellations may result in a refusal of future service requests.
